A company offering consumers fee-free mortgage advice online via email has been launched.
It says the process allows individuals to utilise the power of the internet and the efficiency of email communication to conduct the entire mortgage process online with fully-qualified advisers.
Clients also have the option of talking to their adviser over the phone at any time if they require further clarification.
"We believe the launch of Email Mortgages takes the process of receiving mortgage advice on to the next level, with customers able to utilise the technology we all commonly use to arrange a mortgage," says Michael White, chief executive of Email Mortgages.
"Many people use comparison sites when seeking information on financial products, however, Email Mortgages allows customers to conduct their research whilst also tapping in to the benefits of using a mortgage adviser with the security and protection this provides."
White says the service provides a "third way" for customers who do not have the time for lengthy face-to-face meetings or may not want to discuss their financial arrangements over the phone.
He concludes: "These are testing financial times for many which means it is more important than ever that consumers get the best advice possible when negotiating their mortgage deal. Our expert team bring with them a wealth of experience and knowledge and it is our aim to provide an unequalled service to consumers."
The practice also revealed it will be working with other advisory firms to push the proposition out into the marketplace over the coming months.IFAonline
