Advisers can now access real-time valuations on Zurich products after the investment firm linked to a Quay Software.
Through Quay’s Client Care Desktop (CCD) software package for IFAs, advisers can instantly upload all relevant fund and valuation details on their clients’ individual plans with Zurich, including fund names and the number of units and fund valuations.
The Zurich products available to view through Quay include all its Sterling Investment Bonds, pensions products (including the unit-linked pensions formerly branded Eagle Star and Allied Dunbar), and the Zurich unit-linked bonds.
Paul Kenmir, Zurich’s e-capability director in the UK, says: “The link with Quay is the next step in our e-capability programme and further endorses our commitment to support every way in which advisers want to work with us.
“The Quay software provides advisers with a quality service, making their lives easier by enabling them to access Zurich current valuations (including transfer and cash in values) quickly and easily from their desks.”
Roland Rawicz-Szczerbo, director of Quay Software, adds: “We are delighted to announce the link of Zurich’s products with our Client Care Desktop.
“This offering not only reinforces our overall proposition to advisers, but will improve the service our users can offer to their clients in turn.”
