New Adviser Ltd is offering a complete money back guarantee to advisers who participate in its masterclass programme.
The company is so confident in its masterclass it has told participant IFAs if they cannot increase sustainable and recurring income by more than twice the amount they have paid in fees for the programme, it will refund all fees paid.
New Adviser Ltd is currently looking to widen the range of support services it provides for IFAs who are looking to move their business model to a more sustainable and profitable one.
For those IFAs who are looking for a more individual or tailored approach, a new service has been launched.
Consultancy Plus incorporates components of both the Masterclass programme and New Adviser's existing Consultancy service to provide a more tailored approach.
The service includes a full on site consultancy visit, which is then backed up by New Adviser's Mentoring service as well as access to the Masterclass Programmes Toolbox.
Nick Peters, director and head coach, says the new addition to the range of services has been developed due to requests from a number of IFAs who feel they are already somewhere on the journey to transforming their business.
"What we often find is that although many IFAs have already made progress with the changes, they have either not completed (or were not aware of some of the tasks needed from outset) or where IFAs simply want someone to come into their practice and give a second opinion," he says.
"Because of the way that we have structured Consultancy Plus we are able to offer it to IFAs at a far lower cost than the usual full blown Consultancy Service - but without diluting the benefits."
In addition New Adviser Ltd has also developed the New Adviser Database - a free service to IFAs who utilise the New Adviser offerings (in any form). The database consists of suppliers and services that would be useful to an IFA practice.
