By Ginny Sennett Caroline Gray has been appointed an investment manager on the US team at Britannic Asset Management. She joins the group from Standard Life where she worked as a client fund manager. Mark Phelps has been named chief investment officer for global equities at Dresdner RCM. He was previously head of global equities in the group's London office. His appointment follows Bill Stack's departure. Stephanie Fawcett has been taken on at Deutsche Asset Management to head up the marketing department. She joins from Colonial First State on 21 August.
