Trustnet has announced it is launching a range of white-label online tools for the IFA market. The move marks part of the group's diversification into e-business solutions within the IFA community to try and enable IFAs to provide enhanced client services online.
TrustNet described its Portfolio Tool as a custom built solution for each IFA, depending on the needs of their own clients. It said the tool covers UK fund and equity investments and could include portfolio valuations, investment breakdowns and summaries, performance labels, email alerts and SMS texting.
TrustNet, a provider of free online UK fund information, said its current projects included bespoke client portfolio tools for national IFAs Allenbridge Group and IFAengine, the portal for Bankhall members.
James Jones, sales & marketing director and co-founder said: "The web solutions business we have developed forms part of TrustNet's aim to encourage IFA's to make better use of the internet as a business development tool. Initial interest in the Portfolio tool from Allenbrigde and IFAengine suggests there is a need among IFA companies to enhance their online client services, and at the same time streamline their client management process. TrustNet has the fund industry knowledge and the online experience to provide cost-effective web solutions for IFAs, at a time when the industry needs it most."
