The Scottish Widows Investment Partnership (SWIP) will be offering a new property fund, the UK Balanced Property Trust Limited. Investors will have the opportunity to get access to direct commercial property exposure. A closed ended Guernsey registered company and listed on the London Stock Exchange and Channel Islands Stock Exchange, the fund will offer a gross dividend yield of 7% per annum payable quarterly.
