Group will visit 20 cities throughout the country before 13 December
Steve Bee, Scottish Life's head of pensions strategy, is embarking on a national pension conference tour entitled the Return of the Green Paper.
Aimed exclusively at independent financial advisers, the roadshow starts in Southampton on 14 October and continues for two months, ending in Belfast on 13 December.
The tour aims to dispel confusion over the forthcoming release of the Government's green paper, which will include reforms to pension legislation. Because the form the green paper will finally take is as yet unknown, the seminars will evolve throughout the tour as more information becomes available.
Advisers that attend any of the roadshow dates will be emailed with updates in the following weeks to keep them informed of the Government's intentions regarding pensions.
Alasdair Buchanan, head of communications at Scottish Life, said: 'As a pensions specialist operating solely through the adviser channel, Scottish Life has a responsibility to keep advisers informed of what is happening and how they can benefit.'
Bee said: 'Over the past two years, we have seen an unprecedented four Acts of Parliament affecting the pensions environment.
'But here we are again, expecting yet more primary pensions legislation from the Government. Obviously, it is crucial for those distributing pensions to be aware of the changes constantly being thrust upon us.'
