AIG Life is to run a nationwide series of IFA seminars from next month focusing on risk analysis, writes Leo Bland.
The series of 32 seminars kicks off on 2 October in Manchester, running over a six week period and AIG is expecting to attract over 1,500 IFAs. Other venues include Glasgow, Newcastle, Leicester, London, Cardiff and Belfast.
The seminars include topics such as risk analysis and assessment plus methods of analysing the appropriate investment strategy for clients depending upon their attitude to risk.
The seminars also cover Advanced Financial Planning Certificate G70 training as well as other educational and compliance information and a series of regulatory issues are also examined.
IFAs will be shown AIG Life's Activate software which provides a portfolio modelling tool to help them choose from a range of Standard, Capped and Active Access fund links.
