Zurich IFA Group is to offer IFAs help in meeting the FSA's new rules on training and competence.
ZIFA is to provide assistance through its Professional Development Foundation once the rules come into effect in the autumn. The FSA completed its consultation period on training and competence proposals at the end of February and is due to outline the changes in June.
Mike Hazell, manager of the ZIFA Professional Development Foundation, said: "The FSA's proposed guidelines reflect the holistic approach we use to help IFAs meet the training needs of their whole business.
"We do not just concentrate on the salesforce, we help IFAs develop their support teams. Administration staff have very different training needs and we will continue to offer appropriate knowledge and skills training to bridge any performance gaps."
ZIFA offers services such as programmes on supervisory and management skills and revision workshops for FPC.
