Lindsell's shares get fixed priced offer period

The retail share classes on Lindsell Train's two long/short portfolios, a Japan fund and a media portfolio, are featuring a fixed price offer period to 24 May. The B and C shares, being marketed by Matrix, feature a minimum investment of £20,000, with an initial commission of 3%. There is an annual management charge of 1.15% on C shares, 1.5% on B shares, and a performance fee of 20% on both should they outperform the relevant benchmark. The funds, which are available to Sipp and Ssas investors, are sterling denominated and both have distributor status in the UK.
