Henderson Investors has redesigned its intermediary website, www.hendersonifa.com, in an attempt to make it more user friendly and efficient.
Simon Ellis, head of UK retail, said with intermediaries becoming more IT literate, the group realised it needed to build a more structured website.
The purpose of the site is to quickly provide clear fact sheets, fund information, application forms, key feature documents and commission details.
It also contains information to help intermediaries write business and client reports. This information is presented from the adviser's point of view for selling to a client, rather than from Henderson's.
Ellis said: 'Not only can intermediaries get the information but it also shows them how to communicate it to their clients.'
