Edinburgh adds to trust team

Edinburgh Partners (EP) has appointed Arthur Copple and Alex Gowans to help take its investment trust business forward. Copple, formerly of Merrill Lynch, joins as director of client relations and marketing. Gowans was previously head of investment trusts at Edinburgh Fund Managers and will become client relations and marketing consultant. He has worked in managing investor relationships and launching investment trusts, as well as expanding and reconstructing existing funds.
