What makes a successful advisory firm? Standard Life has published a report* - based on data from 25 advisory firms - seeking to identify the seven key attributes of a successful business.

As part of its A Measure of Success report, it identified a list of 83 points it considered to represent best practice among those firms. Does your business have any gaps?
