As the end of January approaches, the GDPR deadline edges ever closer. Here, law firm Sackers outlines 10 key points firms should look to get on top of before 25 May

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which come into operation on 25 May, will mark a sea-change in data law. Advisers, pension schemes and employers all need to be aware of their new obligations or risk potentially serious financial consequences, according to Sackers.
