The Exchange adds Living Time retirement plans

The Exchange has added Living Time's fixed term annuity retirement income plans to its lifetime annuity pages, allowing comparison of rates side by side for the first time.

Indicative rates paid by the Living Time Income and 75 plans fixed term annuity are now available on the same page as quotes from major providers of Compulsory Purchase Annuities, with live rate expected to be added this year. Dave Harris, Living Time sales and marketing director, said: "This is a real breakthrough for us because it directly alerts advisers to the fixed term annuity rates we pay which compare very favourably with other 'best of market' lifetime annuities."
