The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (FSC) has warned investors of four unlicensed financial services firms.
A.M.B, A.M.B Amerbank, AMERBANK and Antilles Merchant Offshore Bank are not licensed to conduct banking business or any financial services business in or from within the BVI and are not incorporates or registered in the BVI, according to the FSC.
Would-be investors are advised to exercise "extreme caution" in conducting any transactions with the firms, it says.
