T. Rowe Price, the US-based investment manager, has launched a European Smaller Companies Equity vehicle as part of its Luxembourg SICAV range.
The fund will invest in a portfolio of smaller companies at all stages of their business cycle. These will be businesses that are established or conducting the predominant part of their activity in Europe and whose market capitalisation, at the time of purchase, falls within or below the range covered by the S&P Extended Market (EMI) Pan Europe Index.
