Zurich International Life has consolidated its existing range of savings products into a simpler one-stop package.
Its Supra regular savings product has been consolidated into Zurich's Vista savings plan. Vista will now offer a selection of additional features including joint-life first death and critical illness benefit. The premium will also be waived if the investor is diagnosed with an illness or disability.
Investors can also use the plan to invest in Zurich International range of funds. They can choose an investment strategy that suits them or opt for Vista's automatic strategy, which switches their investment into lower risk funds as the policy matures. Long-term savers will also receive a bonus for regular saving.
Vista is available only to non-UK residents through intermediaries. It will be distributed in Bahrain, Hong Kong and Sweden. The minimum investment period is five years and starts from $300 per month. The product is domiciled in the Isle of Man.
Mark Goodman, managing director at Zurich International Life, said: "Vesta provides an opportunity for clients to have a simple and flexible savings vehcile in addition to Zurich's many other benefits."
