Charcol teams up with Lifequote

Charcol has announced it will use Lifequote's systems for transacting all its protection business from 1 November.

John Charcol and John Charcol Associates will receive their own branded versions of Lifequote’s ‘intelligent protection’ point of sale software, which aims to make it easier for consumers to buy tailored and adaptable plans. Charcol Direct will use Lifequote Plus, which produces up to 36 comparative product illustrations at the touch of a button, for telephone-based operations and Charcolonline will be provided with self-service quick quote tools.
