Charcol has announced it will use Lifequote's systems for transacting all its protection business from 1 November.
John Charcol and John Charcol Associates will receive their own branded versions of Lifequote’s ‘intelligent protection’ point of sale software, which aims to make it easier for consumers to buy tailored and adaptable plans.
Charcol Direct will use Lifequote Plus, which produces up to 36 comparative product illustrations at the touch of a button, for telephone-based operations and Charcolonline will be provided with self-service quick quote tools.
Charcol will also use Lifequote’s ‘express underwriting’ service and has added Bright Grey to its panel of protection advisers to take full advantage of the advice opportunities.
Michael Ward, managing director of Lifequote, says: “Working with Charcol has meant for the first time implementing our tools for call centre, online and face-to-face advice all within one business.”
