Fidelity's investment guru Anthony Bolton will join other big names in the world of UK fund management including BlackRock's Richard Plackett, Neptune's Robin Geffen and Artemis' Mark Tyndall at the Morningstar Investment Conference in May.
Plackett, head of BlackRock's UK Smaller Companies team, joins Anthony Bolton, director - investments at Fidelity International, on the UK equities panel. Bolton will use his long experience in UK markets to explore when a top-down view can add value to a bottom-up investment approach. Meanwhile, Plackett will focus on the investment environment in the small and mid-cap arenas.
Philip Coggan, capital markets editor of the Economist, will be moderating the executive panel debating the biggest challenges and opportunities facing asset managers in Europe. Panellists include Robin Geffen, MD of Neptune Investment Management, and Mark Tyndall, CEO, Artemis.
