Personal Touch network appoints CEO

Personal Touch has appointed Jane Cross, formerly finance and IT director, as the network's chief executive officer.

Max Wright, former CEO, will continue in the business as non-executive director and will become chairman in 2015. Cross has more than 12 years' experience working in the finance teams of organisations such as Clarke Roxburgh and Jelf. She joined Personal Touch in January 2012 and has been part of the team of board directors, under the leadership of Wright, overseeing the challenges of the retail distribution review (RDR), mortgage market review (MMR) and a change of regulator.
