March was a busy month for the Professional Adviser team with all the usual busy industry happenings AND another budget to top things off…

Policy watch… The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) implied the implementation dates for the Sustainability Disclosure Requirements (SDR) are being postponed after "significant responses" to its consultation paper. Elsewhere, the Personal Investment Management & Financial Advice Association called for a regulatory overhaul - for advice businesses to be removed from the post-packaged retail and insurance-based investment products product regime.
