Legal & General is set to provide significant funding for the Football Association's new National Football Centre.
The firm's property investment arm, Legal & General Property, will fund the hotel and conference element of the development in Burton-on-Trent, the Independent reports. Aimed at improving the number and quality of English football coaches, in turn impacting on the development of players, the centre already has outdoor pitches, funded by the FA.
