Park Row IFAs in limbo as 2plan talks break down

Talks proposing the bulk transfer of more than 200 Park Row advisers to national IFA 2plan Wealth Management have broken down after the duo failed to agree satisfactory terms.

  IFA Lighthouse was in pole position to open talks if discussions with 2plan collapsed, but Park Row says this is "categorically" no longer the case. Park Row says it will continue taking steps to wind down the company and its operations. It has now instituted the necessary consultation procedures and all Park Row employees have been put on risk of redundancy. Royal Liver wants to offload the Park Row arm and focus instead on its manufacturing propositions, progress and Caledonian Life.
