It's always felt a bit like ISA versus pension when you look at long-term savings. But the New Individual Savings Account (NISA) regime, and the added flexibility and tax breaks it will give savers, could soon change that, making ISAs a bigger part of retirement planning. Introduced in this year's Budget, a NISA is a simplified and tax-free savings account. With the annual limit set at £15,000, it is a significant improvement from current ISA limits.
