Advice industry tech provider set to partner with Plannr

Defaqto is building a full two-way integration with fintech challenger firm Plannr that will see the ‘Engage’ software tool integrated into the latter’s customer relationship management (CRM) system.

The technology firm today (12 June) said the integration represents "a significant improvement in a market where advisers typically use different pieces of software". "This integration is part of a journey towards delivering a seamless, compliant journey for the intermediary financial advice market," said chief executive John Milliken.
