Best Practice creates D2C service for members

Network Best Practice is to roll out a direct to consumer (D2C) proposition to its advisers allowing them to offer clients access to some self-service options.

Advisers and their clients will have access to a portal the network created in-house, which will automatically pull all client information into one place and offer simple portfolio and tax valuations. Under the brand wealthplatform.co.uk, it will be offered to the network's 87 appointed representatives and the group's 32 directly authorised firms free of charge from April. The portal will initially serve as an information-only source for clients and advisers.
