Two directors cut in Personal Touch restructure

Personal Touch chief governance officer Helen Gasser and human resources and development director Karen Pearson have left the business as part of a board reshuffle.

Gasser was first made a director at the financial services network in 2011, while Pearson joined three years ago. Formerly risk and compliance director, Gasser took up the role of chief governance officer in July this year. Personal Touch appointed new chief executive Jane Cross, formerly finance and IT director, in November, while at the same time announcing former CEO Max Wright will continue as non-executive director ahead of becoming chairman in 2015.
