Advisers need to be prioritising “finding out what money means for their clients” in order to be more consistent in their approach, according to Investment Quorum.

Speaking today (8 February) at The Lang Cat's Regenerate 2024 conference, chief executive Petronella West urged advisers to focus on building relationships with clients to "get under the skin of what money means to them". "Clients value consistency," she said. "People have financial advisers because they want someone who can see it all."
