Argentis joins client feedback service as Consumer Duty looms

Wealth manager signs up for VouchedFor’s Elevation package

Argentis has signed up to VouchedFor’s enhanced client survey service Elevation ahead of Consumer Duty which comes into effect on 31 July.

The wealth manager, which has 80 advisers, signed up to the platform to help it monitor, evidence, and improve the client experience, according to VouchedFor. It explained that the Financial Conduct Authority's Consumer Duty means firms must collect data to monitor and evidence good outcomes. It said the regulator had pointed to client feedback as a key data point for firms to monitor. Consumer Duty also requires firms to ensure that data informs decision-making at every level of the business, the firm said.
