How big a slice of your money are you losing in fees? Fee transparency among wealth managers, robo-advisers and DIY investment platforms comes under the microscope in the Sunday Times this weekend. Referencing "a damning dossier presented to the City regulator last week" by wealth manager SCM Direct, this article says a fifth of wealth managers offering traditional face-to-face advice, fewer than a third of do-it-yourself investment platforms and none of the 10 largest robo-advisers disclose the full cost of investing with them.
