Majority wants to make improvements

Almost three-quarters of advisers do not think the relationship they have with their clients is "strong" and are intent on making improvements, research has found.

A survey by BrightHR found a mere 26% of advisers thought their working relationship with clients was ‘strong', while about a third described it as ‘good but they would like it to be better'. Data from the people management software company also found 41% of advisers deemed the relationship with their clients ‘average' while a further 3% said it was ‘purely transactional'.
