LEBC links with Kerr Henderson to develop 'bionic' advice

LEBC Group has formed a partnership with Kerr Henderson to develop software to speed up fact-finding and report writing as part of its planned 'bionic' advice proposition.

A prototype of the new system is expected by the end of May and will be used to give advice at retirement. LEBC chief executive Jack McVitie (pictured) said the partnership was an important step in developing its ‘bionic' advisory offering. Speaking to Professional Adviser, McVitie said the technology was not the same as robo-advice, which replaces contact with financial advisers with purely online processes.
