The awards highlight investment companies that produce consistent performance and where there is, in the judges' opinion, a high likelihood investors will not be disappointed in the future. Our distinguished panel of judges included Lawrence Gosling, Investment Week's editorial director; Morningstar's director of closed-ended research, Jackie Beard; Simon Elliott, head of investment trust research at Winterflood; and Ben Yearsley, head of research at Charles Stanley, among other industry experts.
