Walker Crips launches discretionary service for advisers

Walker Crips Investment Management has launched a discretionary portfolio service aimed at advisers in a move to expand its business.

The Actively Managed Portfolio Service (AMPS) will offer clients of IFAs direct investment in equities and bonds, alongside the more traditional fund selection arm. The group already offers investors a range of 20 portfolios via its Ready to Invest service, catering for various risk profiles from defensive to adventurous. AMPS - which has an AMC but no other charges or commission - is an attempt by the group to provide clients with more direct access to its equity and bond investment teams.
