Ivka Kalus-Bystricky has joined the global equity team at Baring Asset Management (BAM) as a replacement for Neil Robson, who departs in June. Kalus-Bystricky will be based in Boston and will be responsible for portfolio construction and client relationships. She joins BAM from Independence Investments where she was a European equity fund manager.
