FEIFA (the Federation of European IFAs) has announced a new partnership to give its members access to the global services of the Judicare Group, specialists in financial reclamation on overseas property.
Paul Stanfield, CEO of FEIFA, explains that its coming together with Judicare stems from the recent turmoil caused to IFA clients in the global property market. “As part of portfolio planning some IFAs were advocating a proportion of their clients’ wealth be diverted towards this asset class to try and spread investment risk, In addition, many advisers based, or operating in mainland Europe, have expat clients who were purchasing property as their main home.
