As we have already suggested in Three moments in 2016 that changed advice forever?, it has been a busy year in the regulatory space for sure - which may go some way towards explaining one unusual entry in our 'Heroes' list. As every year, we should offer a quick disclaimer - this feature is not intended to criminalise anybody. Not all our villains are ‘criminals' in the strict sense of the word - though one or two certainly are.
