They have been several years in the making, but today the Financial Services Authority (FSA) published its final rules for mortgage sellers following the Mortgage Market Review (MMR).

Anyone might think the Retail Distribution Review (RDR), a similarly large regulatory overhaul affecting all sales of retail investment products, wasn't enough for this regulator. So, to give you a bit of respite, we've collated the main changes brought about by the MMR onto this single page. Most of the rules below will be introduced in 18 months' time - in April 2014. Intermediaries 1 - The FSA is removing the non-advised sales process. Well, almost.
