A recent survey from My Pension Expert reinforces something we have all understood for some time that consumers are still reluctant to seek advice. The results revealed that 38% of UK adults had sought independent financial advice at some point in their lives. In contrast, 65% prefer to use free online advice services, while 76% felt confident enough to make their own financial decisions. What a disappointment.
