Fidelius is acquiring a non-controlling holding in high net worth (HNW) specialist financial planning firm Vobis.
Vobis has over £140m in assets under management. It has a top 60 accountancy practice joint venture in central London that provides client referrals, Fidelius noted in a press release. With Fidelius' backing, there are plans to "further strengthen and expand this partnership", the firm noted. Many of Vobis' clients are based in London, with Bath-based Fidelius hailing its latest investment as a "significant step" into the capital's market.
