It is a “bit of a myth” that the younger generation do not want careers in financial advice or financial planning, delegates at PA360 heard today (1 May).
Speaking on a panel on attracting the next generation of talent, MKC Wealth financial planning director Sarah Waring shared that she has overseen 50 to 60 trainees entering the profession. "They aren't driven solely by money," Waring said. "They want the flexibility, they want the progression."
