TenetConnect officially declared failed by FSCS

Comes after the lifeboat fund opened claims in December 2024

Troubled TenetConnect has been officially declared failed by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).

The lifeboat fund has declared the troubled firm failed in an update today (26 March), after it received information to progress with claims in December 2024. The FSCS gathered the information needed from TenetConnect's joint administrators - Interpath - and has now opened its portal for claims. Interpath's proposals were approved by the creditors in September 2024. This followed the statement of administrator's proposal released on 22 August 2024, stating that Tenet Group's ordinary preferential creditors and secondary preferential creditors are likely to see the 100p in the pound...
