Consumer Duty Alliance and Model Office launch diagnostic platform

Ahead of Consumer Duty’s first anniversary at the end of July

The Consumer Duty Alliance (CDA) and regtech platform Model Office have launched an outcomes-focused diagnostic tool.

The tool allows firms to self-assess and audit performance against all Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) Consumer Duty regulations, providing automated gap-analysis and audit reports. The platform also signposts via relevant FCA links and CDA resources to assist members refine and validate their implementation of the regulation, according to both firms.
