Women in financial services leadership positions should be their “authentic selves” in their roles and avoid putting on a false work persona, delegates heard.

Speaking during a panel at the Personal Investment Management & Financial Advice Association (PIMFA) Women's Symposium today (16 April), delegates heard from three senior female leaders who shared their insights and experiences. The panel was moderated by PIMFA chief executive (CEO) Liz Field. Hawksmoor Investment Management chief CEO Sarah Soar said it was crucial that women in leadership positions be their "actual self".
