MKC Wealth acquires IFA clients of Sevenoaks accountancy firm

Follows the retirement of Samuels’ in-house adviser

Private equity-backed boutique and wealth management firm MKC Wealth has acquired the IFA clients of Sevenoaks-based chartered accountants Samuels to provide them with independent financial advice.

MKC Wealth was set up in 2003 and is backed by backed Cabot Square Capital, a company providing investment capital for small and mid-sized companies in the UK and Western Europe. The wealth manager will provide regulated financial planning services to clients of Samuels, who are mainly based in London and the South East, it said. Until now, clients were offered these services by an in-house adviser who has now retired, according to MKC Wealth.
