NatWest bank has compensated an adviser's client more than £18,000 after the customer’s local branch misplaced the relevant paperwork, plus other good news from this week.

Under recent government rules, the UK has been in a lockdown for almost a week, meaning many people (hopefully) staying at home and only going out if absolutely necessary or for some form of exercise once a day. Challenging times like these alongside an awful lot of negative news might leave us feeling a little down and so PA has put together a list of some of the good news from this week.
