Now Pensions CEO Troy Clutterbuck steps down with immediate effect

Now Pensions chief executive (CEO) Troy Clutterbuck has stepped down from the role with immediate effect.

Cardano group chief financial operator Patrick Luthi - who is also a non-executive director on Now Pensions' commercial board - will replace Clutterbuck, who has held the role since August 2017. In February, it was announced that Cardano would acquire Now Pensions from ATP, with the acquisition expected to complete later this year. The master trust is currently awaiting authorisation from The Pensions Regulator, having been granted a six-week extension for its application in March.
