Ex-Janus Henderson distribution head Phil Wagstaff to join Jupiter

Former global head of distribution at Janus Henderson Phil Wagstaff is set to join Jupiter, following former colleague Andrew Formica who became CEO earlier this year.

Wagstaff is now set to join Jupiter on 5 June as global head of distribution and member of its executive committee after Janus Henderson announced in August 2018 that he and Formica would be leaving the firm, marking an end to the co-CEO structure. At the time, Janus Henderson told investors that Wagstaff was to take a "career break" but would work alongside sole-CEO Dick Weil to ensure a smooth transition.
