The Private Office buys London-based SRLV Financial

Second London acquisition in three years

Leeds financial advice and wealth management company (TPO) has acquired SRLV Financial, the wealth management division of SRLV Accountants, in central London by way of a cash purchase.

SRLV Financial has six staff, including two financial advisers, and has provided independent wealth management advice to SRLV Accountants' personal and corporate clients - mainly in the music, media, entertainment, hospitality and corporate sectors - since 2006. According to TPO, the newly-combined business has an annual turnover of more than £12m and has plans to grow to a £50m plus firm in the next five to 10 years.
